Guest Wellness and Health Policies

The Sea Meadow Inn is open for group bookings only at this time to ensure maximum safety for everyone.  Instead of renting individual rooms, we are only renting the entire house to groups that know each other (friends and family).  The house will be fully cleaned and sanitized in between groups, and nobody will enter the house during your stay.  We want you to feel safe coming back this year and every year thereafter.

Everything you have come to appreciate about the Inn is the same – the lovely rooms, convenient location, spectacular gardens and so much more! You will be able to enjoy the entire house, including the fully-stocked kitchen, relaxing grounds with outdoor shower, gas grill, tree swing, hammock and more while knowing that you are in a Covid-free environment.

Important information to ensure a wonderful stay:

The Sea Meadow Inn is

• non-smoking property with limited handicapped accessibility

• open year-round

• suitable for older children

• not suitable for pets

Maximum occupancy is 15 persons, (2 in each room except for Hattie Mae which allows for three persons)

Check-in: after 3:00 P.M.
Check-out: 11:00 A.M.
